With block sizes shrinking thanks to the rising popularity of narrow-lot living, homebuyers can cleverly maximise space in their outdoors by designing a multi-purpose space.
New Generation Homes Sales Manager Andrew Black shared some of his tips with New Homes on how to design the ultimate outdoor oasis.
“Some of today’s designs by new home builders don’t always leave a lot of backyard space,” he said.
“You can get around this by ensuring your alfresco has multiple uses.
