Australia's Garden of Eden: Chocolate fruit? Yes, this is real

If you've ever tried cocoa nibs, you'll know nature needs a lot of help to produce chocolate. Or so I thought - until I tasted chocolate fruit.

I'm in Northern New South Wales - where long white sandy beaches, laid-back towns and vast national parks dominate the landscape. Tucked away in the lush rolling Tweed Valley is Tropical Fruit World, Australia's version of the Garden of Eden.

Black Sapote is also highly nutritious, with about four times the vitamin C of oranges and is low in fat. Sadly, it's challenging to grow in New Zealand, meaning your best chance to try it out is when you're next in Australia.
