The 102 days New Zealand has gone since a COVID-19 case was used by authorities to plan for a resurgence, PM Ardern said.
"It was very easy to feel that perhaps New Zealand was out of the woods," she said.
"No country has gone as far as we did without resurgence.
"Because we were the only ones, that always meant we had to plan.
"We've rolled out our plans before, it worked."
